Where they were
The institute's intakes depended on walk ins and referrals. Both are good sources, but neither can be planned or scaled: a quiet month at the front desk meant a smaller batch, and there was no way to turn more budget into more students.
What we did
We built a full funnel lead system on Meta. Ads reached people likely to be interested in the courses, and the lead forms asked qualifying questions up front, so the team spent its time on people who were genuinely ready to enrol rather than on casual clicks.
Alongside the ads, we produced short video content built around student stories. Prospective students trust other students more than they trust a brochure, so the videos showed real people, real classes and real outcomes.
- Meta lead campaigns with qualifying forms, aimed at the right audiences in the UAE.
- Short videos for Instagram built around student stories.
- A steady posting rhythm so organic reach supported the paid campaigns.
What changed
In three months the lead campaigns brought in 3,735 qualified leads with a 13.86% conversion rate. On the organic side, five videos reached more than a million Instagram views and over 40,000 likes in two months. Intakes no longer depended only on who happened to walk in.
Similar results in education
The same approach has worked for other education clients. For a creative education institute, three months of Meta ads brought 1,696 leads and more than 70 high value enrolments. For a digital skills academy, Google Ads produced 834 conversions from 8,100 clicks.
What other institutes can take from this
- Qualifying questions in the lead form save your admissions team hours every week.
- Student stories outperform polished course adverts because they answer the real question: will this work for someone like me?
- Paid and organic work best together. Videos that perform organically are usually the best ads too.
- Fast follow up matters. A WhatsApp AI agent can answer course, fee and intake questions the moment a lead arrives.
