Who we are

This website is run by Ads n' Codes FZE LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with an office at B Hive, Level 3, BurJuman, Dubai. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Ads n' Codes.

What we collect

• What you send us. Your name, business, phone number, email and the details of your enquiry when you use our contact form, email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp.
• How you use the site. Pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
• Embedded services. Maps and videos may be loaded from Google and other providers, who may set their own cookies.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and manage the work you hire us for.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To measure and improve our own advertising, for example showing our ads to people who visited this site.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, analytics, advertising and messaging platforms, and only as far as they need it to provide their service. We may also share information where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and client records for as long as the working relationship and our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your choices and rights

Under UAE data protection law, including Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. • The content, designs, photos, videos and code on this site belong to Ads n' Codes or to the clients and owners who allowed us to show them. Please do not copy or reuse them without permission.
• Work shown here is shared to illustrate what we do. Client projects are named; some supporting images are licensed stock photography used to show a setting or style.
• Information on this site, including our guides, is general and not legal or financial advice.
• Results described for past projects depend on each business, market and budget, and are not a promise of future results.
